Hello ! Welcome to Pinnacle Icing. My name is Jenny Pinn. I am a professionally trained flour confectioner and my passion is for royal icing. I specialise in decorated biscuits, all royal iced by hand and home-made here in Devon. (I also make and decorate celebration cakes and sugar decorations). The biscuits come in four flavours – vanilla, chocolate, lemon and ginger. I also make Vegan & Gluten Free biscuits too ! Please take a look at our INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS page for more information.They are all produced, from scratch, using free range, fair trade and British ingredients wherever possible. Each biscuit is individually packed in a biodegradable heat sealed bag and comes with ingredients and allergen advice. The shelf life/best before dates are four and a half months from day of completion. Lead time for orders is minimum of two weeks (three in busy periods). I make biscuits throughout the year with seasonal, topical and celebrational themes. I can also make bespoke designs and find that some of my business is driven by customer requests ! Corporate enquiries are also welcomed.
We live and work in the beautiful Otter Valley, East Devon. We can also be found at food festivals and events in the South West throughout the year.
