INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS

Our exquisite, hand made biscuits are all individually decorated with beautiful designs. We only source the best ingredients which include local free range eggs, Fair Trade and/or British butter, sugar and flour wherever possible. Golden Syrup, Black Treacle and delicious Fair Trade Organic Bourbon Vanilla Bean Extract.

Our biscuits are made in our own kitchen where we also prepare other cakes and biscuits which may include nuts and sesame seeds.
Our biscuits have a shelf life of 4 ½ months from baking and icing.

Vanilla Biscuit Ingredients: – Wheat Flour, Fair Trade sugars, golden syrup, butter (containing milk), Fair trade, organic Bourbon vanilla extract : water, ethanol, sugar, vanilla bean extract, free range egg.

Gingerbread Biscuit Ingredients: – Wheat Flour, Fair Trade sugars, golden syrup, butter (containing milk ), ground ginger, free range egg.

Lemon Biscuit Ingredients: – Wheat Flour, Fair Trade sugars, golden syrup, butter (containing milk), lemon juice & zest, free range egg.

Spicy Gingerbread Biscuit Ingredients: – Wheat flour, Fair Trade sugars, black treacle, butter (containing milk), ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, free range egg.

Royal Icing ingredients: Icing sugar (contains anti-caking agent: Tricalcium Phosphate) , free range egg white powder (contains acidity regulator: Citric Acid, stabiliser: triethyl citrate),water.

Colours: Sugarflair paste colours contain Glycerol E422, Propylene Glycol E1520,Silicone Dioxide E551. and one or more of the following E102* Tartrazine, E104* Quinoline Yellow, E110* Sunset Yellow, E122* Carmoisine, E124* Ponceau 4R, E129* Allura Red, E133 Blue FCF, E155 Brown HT, E153 Vegetable Carbon, E555 Potassium Aluminium Silicate, E171 Titanium Dioxide, E172 Iron Oxide.

Silver Sugar Pearls contain: Sugar, wheat starch, aniseed E414, maltodextrin, colourings: E174

Large Black Sugar pearls contain: Sugar, Starch, Maltodextrin, Carnauba Wax, Shellac, Colour E171, E555 Edible food pens contains : Water, glycerine, ethanol, E122, E102, E133, E124*, E422.

Small Black Pearls contain: Sugar, cornstarch, E110, E129, E132*,E903, E904.

Small Red Sugar Pearl -Red Sugar Pearls contain : Sugar, Cornstarch, Maltodextrin, Colourings : Safflower extract, E120*. Coating : Shellac.

Large Red Sugar Pearls contain: Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Corn Syrup, Calcium Sterate, Malic Acid, Resinouse Glaze (Confectioners Glaze), Artificial Flavours, Tapioca Dextrin, Carnauba Wax. Colours E129, E102.

Gold Sugar Pearls contain : Sugar, Wheat Flour, Maltodextrin, Arabic Gum, Covering Agent : Carnauba Wax, Colours E174, E100, E171, E172, E102*.

White Sugar Pearls contain: Sugar, cornstarch, glucose, E171Titanium Dioxide, anti-caking agent (Potassium Aluminium Silicate), stabilizers (Maltodextrin, Gum Arabic), glazing agent-carnauba wax.

Gold/Silver Edible Lustre Spray contains : Ethyl alcohol, Flavours, Colourings : E171, E172.

We have processes in place to minimize that happening but there is a possibility of traces of gluten in the air and on our work surfaces. If you are a Coeliac and/or highly sensitive please be advised that we do our best, but cannot guarantee, that your biscuit will not touch gluten somewhere in the process.
